nixos/networkmanager: match upstream units Install sections
The upstream NetworkManager.service unit[1] has this Install section:

  [Install]
  WantedBy=multi-user.target
  Also=NetworkManager-dispatcher.service
  Also=NetworkManager-wait-online.service

Let's just match that in NixOS and don't try to mess with
network.target. The latter should only be used to order units at
shutdown, not when booting.

nixos/networkmanager: set up /etc/ipsec.secrets as required by the L2TP plugin
The networkmanager-l2tp plugin expects /etc/ipsec.secrets to include /etc/ipsec.d/ipsec.nm-l2tp.secrets;
see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/64965

In order for this to continue working if the strongswan module is
enabled, we use `"ipsec.secrets".text` instead of `.source` so that the
configurations of both modules are concatenated.

76cd1d2211 maintainers: drop janik
I guess my time has come as well...

With this commit, I'm not just dropping my maintainer entry, but I'm also
resigning from my duties as a board observer and NixCon project lead.
I also terminated my Summer of Nix contract today.
I'll also stop hosting the local NixOS meetup.

The only "project" I'll finish under the NixOS Foundation umbrella is
Google Summer of Code because the mentees aren't even remotely
responsible for why I'm leaving, and it would be unfair to leave them
hanging.

I'm grateful for all the things I was able to learn, for all the experiences
I could gather, and for all the friends I made along the way.
NixOS is what makes computers bearable for me, so I'll go and work on
some fork (*something something* you always meet twice in life).

6afb255d97 nixos: remove all uses of lib.mdDoc
these changes were generated with nixq 0.0.2, by running

  nixq ">> lib.mdDoc[remove] Argument[keep]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix
  nixq ">> mdDoc[remove] Argument[keep]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix
  nixq ">> Inherit >> mdDoc[remove]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix

two mentions of the mdDoc function remain in nixos/, both of which
are inside of comments.

Since lib.mdDoc is already defined as just id, this commit is a no-op as
far as Nix (and the built manual) is concerned.

The ModemManager shipped fccUnlockScripts are using either qmicli or

ModemManager if you set the fccUnlockScripts link, so instead of having
every user than needs it pull it inn in different ways, we should just
provide the tools if we think they might be needed.

0bfc763df2 nixos/modemmanager: enableFccUnlock -> enableBundledFccUnlockScripts
PR #155414 introduced an option to support enabling the FCC unlock
scripts that ModemManager provides, but since 1.18.4 doesn't execute
anymore.

However, this option is specifically only about the unlock scripts
provided with ModemManager so far. Rename the option to make this more
obvious.

It failed to spin up ppp, because ppp failed to find the directory it wants to create its lockfiles in:

e4f876eb7e nixos/*: convert varlist-using options to MD
there are sufficiently few variable list around, and they are
sufficiently simple, that it doesn't seem helpful to add another
markdown extension for them. rendering differences are small, except in
the tor module: admonitions inside other blocks cannot be made to work
well with mistune (and likely most other markdown processors), so those
had to be shuffled a bit. we also lose paragraph breaks in the list
items due to how we have to render from markdown to docbook, but once we
remove docbook from the pipeline those paragraph breaks will be restored.

our xslt already replaces double line breaks with a paragraph close and
reopen. not using explicit para tags lets nix-doc-munge convert more
descriptions losslessly.

only whitespace changes to generated documents, except for two
strongswan options gaining paragraph two breaks they arguably should've
had anyway.

2e751c0772 treewide: automatically md-convert option descriptions
the conversion procedure is simple:

 - find all things that look like options, ie calls to either `mkOption`
   or `lib.mkOption` that take an attrset. remember the attrset as the
   option
 - for all options, find a `description` attribute who's value is not a
   call to `mdDoc` or `lib.mdDoc`
 - textually convert the entire value of the attribute to MD with a few
   simple regexes (the set from mdize-module.sh)
 - if the change produced a change in the manual output, discard
 - if the change kept the manual unchanged, add some text to the
   description to make sure we've actually found an option. if the
   manual changes this time, keep the converted description

this procedure converts 80% of nixos options to markdown. around 2000
options remain to be inspected, but most of those fail the "does not
change the manual output check": currently the MD conversion process
does not faithfully convert docbook tags like <code> and <package>, so
any option using such tags will not be converted at all.
